I saw Justice Ginsberg on CSPAN the other day. A student in the audience asked a question about the relationship between the Constitution and the Executive Office. After she chuckled, she talked about the checks and balances system of our Constitution. It was fasinating to watch her and realize that she is a Supreme Court Justice.
